Why do I do what I do?

My real journey began when I was 23 years old. I was a very confused and angry young man who had an unhealthy relationship with money, women, and himself. It was as if I were paddling upstream and repeating the same self-defeating patterns. I had been arrested for a DUI (driving under the influence). Women were interested in me at first but were quickly turned off by my insecurities and lack of direction. All this stress gave me health challenges such IBS (irritable bowel syndrome). I was stuck – and my body was just reflecting how my life was.

However, one day a miracle happened. I met a woman named Marci while I was on dancing tour in Arizona. I was annoyed that her and I were not going to spend time alone but she didn’t give into my anger. Instead she shifted my perceptions and like a love ninja. I was blown away by her centeredness and kindness. She shared her insights about the healing arts and metaphysics. Before I left back to California, she bought me the book “You Can Heal Your Life” by Louise Hay.

I read the entire book in two days. Everything made complete sense to me. It was as if I were downloading ancient wisdom that I had always known. I needed to learn more. I was determined to heal my body and to expand my mind. I sought out psychologists, healers, bodyworkers, and attended any workshops that caught my attention.

Through my own challenges and perseverance, I became a practitioner in the healing arts. After decades of formal and life education, I created a hybrid of techniques that cut through the muck and get you unstuck.

I still have a thirst for knowledge and expanded awareness. My path is my work and to help others. I appreciate your interest in possibly meeting me. Sharing your experience and journey is a great opportunity for us to learn more–together.
